NIP Group acquired Bitcoin mining equipment delivering a total hash rate of 4.47 exahashes per second. Under the agreement signed on October 16, 2026, the company will issue up to 247.1 million Class A common shares to the sellers.

The purchased hardware is already operational and will immediately contribute to cryptocurrency mining upon deal completion. Following this third expansion phase, total mining capacity is projected to reach approximately 13.85 EH/s.

At full deployment, the company expects to mine around 195 Bitcoins per month, depending on mining difficulty and operational factors. Co-CEO Hisham Chahine stated that the expansion will strengthen the company’s market position and support AI and high-performance computing infrastructure.

Completion of the agreement is expected within ten business days after fulfilling all necessary conditions.
