DRX is preparing to list on the Singapore Exchange after a failed attempt to go public on the Korean KOSDAQ exchange in 2022. The company, known for its rosters in League of Legends, VALORANT, and Tekken, plans to submit a pre-listing application in mid-August.

DRX is currently undergoing initial review for the listing process, with a Singaporean financial company serving as the lead underwriter. South Korean investment firms are supporting the IPO, but the valuation, capital to be raised, number of shares, and market capitalization are not yet known.

DRX is primarily owned by ATU Partners through the ATU eSports Growth Fund No. 1, the first fund in Asia dedicated solely to esports. The organization’s financial performance has been mixed, with revenue growth but reduced profits in 2025. In March 2026, DRX signed a sponsorship deal with Kiwoom Securities.
