Faker achieves a historic milestone by becoming the first esports player featured on a commemorative South Korean postage stamp. Korea Post releases the collection on October 23, offering 140,000 stamp sheets across two designs alongside 40,000 commemorative albums.
The two designs carry the titles Beginning of the Legend covering 2013 to 2016 and Beyond Legend – Myth for the 2023 to 2025 era. The collection incorporates in-game skin motifs including Immortalized Legend Ahri, T1 Galio, T1 Yone, and Prestige T1 Sylas.
A dedicated exhibition opened on October 10 at the Seoul Central Post Office Stamp Museum and remains open until January 31, 2027. Faker attended the official exhibition opening on October 21 to mark the occasion.
Faker secured six World Championships, ten LCK titles, and two MSI trophies with T1 since his debut in 2013. In January 2026, he also became the first esports athlete to receive the Cheongnyong Medal, which stands as South Korea’s highest sports honor.
