Counter-Strike Playground 4 will take place in Georgia from August 18 to 30, 2027, as announced by tournament organizer FISSURE. The event will gather sixteen squads to compete across the tournament. Fifteen slots will go directly to invited rosters based on the VRS global ranking from July 2027, while the final spot will be decided through a closed qualifier featuring eight invited teams in the online European VRS qualifier.
Georgia serves as the designated visa region for the competition, though the specific host city remains unannounced. The total financial commitment reaches $1.25 million, split into $450,000 for direct prize money, $550,000 for club payouts, and $250,000 reserved for the top eight VRS teams.
The eventual tournament champion will secure a total of $300,000, combining $165,000 in direct prizes with $135,000 in club payments. Additionally, FISSURE has already scheduled another Counter-Strike tournament to run from August 17 to 28, 2028.
