Gentle Mates

Gentle Mates is a French Counter-Strike 2 esports organization founded in 2023. The team's current lineup features mopoz, dav1g, sausol, and alex, who serves as the in-game leader. They are coached by repk3ys and formerly had deLonge as head coach. Gentle Mates entered Counter-Strike 2 in August 2025, acquiring the Iberian Soul roster. The team has competed in several notable tournaments including Stake Ranked Episode 1 & 3, PGL Astana 2026, StarLadder StarSeries Fall 2025, Intel Extreme Masters Rio 2026, and ESL Pro League Season 22. In July 2026, Martinez was acquired by HEROIC. deLonge was benched in April of the same year. Currently, Gentle Mates fields a roster consisting of mopoz, dav1g, sausol, and alex, led by IGL alex and coached by repk3ys.
