BLAST Slam IX organizers confirmed the complete participant list and schedule for the upcoming event. The competition features 16 teams battling for a $1 million prize pool from November 20 to 29, 2026.

A total of 12 rosters received direct invites, including Team Spirit, Team Liquid, BB Team, Aurora Gaming, OG, PVISION, LGD Gaming, GamerLegion, 1WIN Team, Astra Invicta, Pipsqueak+4, and Team Yndx. The remaining four spots were filled through regional qualifiers.

Natus Vincere and Dawn Bulls secured their places through the European qualifiers. Meanwhile, Team Nemesis advanced via the Southeast Asia bracket, and Xtreme Gaming claimed the Chinese slot by defeating Team Resilience in the final.

Organizers decided to host the entire tournament online rather than in an arena due to a tight schedule.
