Valve has rotated the Active Duty map pool in cs2 for the first time since the game’s launch. The update sees Cache return to the competitive lineup, taking the place of Overpass.

The change follows the conclusion of the most recent Major tournament, marking a shift in the map selection available to teams in premier events. Cache, a longtime fan favorite, last appeared in the Active Duty pool during CS:GO’s later years.

Valve has not announced further adjustments to the map pool, but the rotation could influence upcoming tournament strategies as teams adapt to the revised selection.
