Natus Vincere and G2 are set to face off in the ESL Pro League Season 24 group stage on October 3 at 19:30 Kyiv time. Analyst and caster Fedir KvaN Zakharov shared his insights on how both teams match up tactically ahead of their debut encounter in the tournament.

G2 previously secured a 2-0 victory over NAVI at BLAST, but Zakharov points out that the team still shows vulnerabilities in specific areas of their map pool. According to the analyst, NAVI should target maps where their opponents have recently struggled.

“If I were NAVI, I would look at either Cache, where G2 has two consecutive losses, or try a more classic scenario by picking Mirage, where G2 also currently has two defeats in a row,” KvaN stated.

On the other side, Zakharov identifies Inferno as the optimal choice for G2. Even though NAVI holds weaker results on that map, the analyst believes the squad can successfully push the series to a deciding third map.
