BCGame head Ali akofocus Mohanhed discussed the organization’s efforts to build a competitive roster around s1mple following his departure from Natus Vincere. The project aimed to help the star player shine at tier-1 tournaments.
“We started building a project around this. Unfortunately, it did not work out due to differences in player skill levels, mentalities, and other factors,” akofocus said.
Despite the team’s struggles, s1mple praised Senzu for his tier-1 level performance and high motivation. Mohanhed also emphasized that s1mple never made roster demands or insisted on signing specific players like electronic.
“Sasha was never someone who set conditions like, ‘I want this player, we need to take him.’ He never asked for that once,” akofocus stated.
According to the organization head, the star player only shared opinions on individual skill levels rather than demanding roster additions. He also never requested anyone to be kicked from the lineup, even during poor performances.
