BC.Game coach TaZ criticized Valve’s new Major Supplemental Rulebook update, which introduces a strict three-month regional restriction. The policy aims to prevent teams from switching regions shortly before a Major, but the immediate implementation disrupted existing roster plans.

BC.Game previously moved into the Asian rankings under previous regulations after signing Senzu, Mzinho, and Australian player ASAP. TaZ stated that the organization did not sign these players to abuse loopholes, but rather to secure top talent and elevate their competitive standing.

“Difficult for me to accept,” TaZ stated regarding the situation.

Valve reportedly offered a potential lifeline by considering overlooking BC.Game’s one-time entry into Asia and permitting them to compete from Europe instead. TaZ confirmed that the team intends to communicate directly with Valve and respect the final decision.
