Topson has signed with LGD Gaming as their midlaner, four days before The International 2026. The move comes after TaiLung was excluded from the team for violating fair play principles and subsequently banned by PGL.

Topson, a two-time The International champion, last competed at TI 2024 with Tundra Esports, finishing third. After the tournament, he went into the army and did not return to the pro scene. He attempted to qualify for TI 2026 through open qualifiers with a team of friends.

Topson will play at least one tournament with LGD Gaming. The International 2026 will take place from August 13 to 23 in Shanghai, with a prize pool of over $2 million.
