The Australian THUNDER dOWNUNDER roster officially withdrew from ANZC Locals Spring 2026 ahead of their scheduled matches starting October 10. Organizers faced strict limitations and could not secure a replacement team in time, leaving the event with seven active competitors and forcing technical losses.

The withdrawal stems from severe roster instability after three core players departed from the lineup registered back in August. This mass exodus violated Valve Regional Standing seeding rules, leaving dexter and Liazz as the only remaining active members on the squad.

Individual career moves triggered the collapse of the team framework. aliStair returned to FlyQuest, asap signed with BC.Game, and TjP transferred to Sashi, scattering the former lineup across different competing organizations.
