FUT has officially secured SunPayus as their new AWPer, bringing the veteran Spaniard in from G2. The move pushes cmtry to the bench alongside lauNX, while coolio remains in charge as head coach. SunPayus has been inactive since the Cologne Major after being benched during the summer break, with r1nkle taking his spot on G2 after transferring from Ninjas in Pyjamas.

The addition of SunPayus brings crucial top-tier experience to a youthful FUT roster that features dem0n, Krabeni, dziugss, and xfl0ud. Meanwhile, cmtry departs the starting lineup following a period that included an MVP award and a trophy victory at PGL Masters Bucharest in April 2026, having originally joined when his core transferred from Natus Vincere academy structures in August 2025.

SunPayus faces a tight deadline to mesh with his new teammates, with roughly three weeks of practice remaining before PGL Masters Bucharest begins on October 24, 2026.
