In 2025, s1mple nearly joined Passion UA during a roster shakeup. The organization benched zeRRoFIX and Topa, leaving management to decide between s1mple and Woro2K for the primary sniper position.

s1mple expressed readiness for the move and participated in preliminary negotiations with the club. Despite his interest, Passion UA ultimately chose Woro2K as their new sniper instead.

Meanwhile, s-chilla revealed that s1mple exercises substantial influence over roster decisions on his current team, BC.Game. During this process, s1mple also considered recruiting Ukrainian rifler jackasmo from fnatic to further strengthen the BC.Game lineup.
