Natus Vincere coach B1ad3 discussed the team’s off-season plans and the decision to keep their current roster. The team analyzed their performance and considered potential changes, including signing new players.

B1ad3 revealed that NAVI received many offers and engaged in negotiations for roster changes, but these ultimately did not materialize. The competition for strong players was a significant factor in the decision to maintain the current lineup.

The coach emphasized the value of teamwork and shared experience, stating that the knowledge and collaboration built over time are crucial for success. NAVI won two tournaments last season, which B1ad3 attributed to their long-term collaboration.

While aware of the risk of stagnation with the same roster, NAVI plans to approach the new season with careful consideration and enthusiasm.

“We tried to build and analyze our strategy for the next season and the overall development of the NAVI CS lineup. We received many offers. There were opportunities to change the roster. We thought and communicated with different agents about who we could replace. We tried to negotiate, but they didn’t work out. We were close to changes, but ultimately realized it wouldn’t happen,” B1ad3 said.

“Obviously, it’s about strong individual players. When you have the opportunity to invite such a player, you always want to bring them to the team to change something, add freshness, and become stronger in the future,” B1ad3 added.

“The knowledge and work you create as a whole with five players is extremely important. They are very valuable and can be extremely effective if used correctly. Don’t underestimate this, as I think the two tournament wins last season were a result of us having played together for a long time,” B1ad3 concluded.
