Astralis have officially benched Rasmus “HooXi” Nielsen and Jakob “jabbi” Nygaard with immediate effect. The organization decided to make the changes as the contracts for both players approach their expiration dates.

jabbi originally joined the team in November 2023 from HEROIC, while HooXi arrived in June 2025 to replace Kasper “cadiaN” Møller. During HooXi’s tenure, the squad secured a victory at Stake Ranked Episode 4 and reached the finals of PGL Astana 2025, FISSURE Playground 1, and PGL Bucharest 2026.

Kamil “siuhy” Schkaradeck and Nikita “cmtry” Samolotov are expected to step in as their replacements. Reports indicate that cmtry will transition from his traditional sniper role to a rifler position following the transfer.

The revamped roster will face its next test when Astralis debut at Stake Pulse Beat III on October 12.
