BIG Academy

BIG Academy is the Counter-Strike 2 academy team of the German esports organization BIG, founded in 2018. The team has competed in ESL Challenger League Season 45: Europe. The roster has undergone frequent changes since its reformation in July 2025. Initially featuring prosus, FreeZe, w1dow, NaYz, and xonn1k, the lineup saw several departures and additions over time. Notably, gob b transitioned from the main BIG team to become BIG Academy's coach in August 2025. JBOEN joined the academy roster in September 2025 and subsequently signed a two-year contract extension in March 2026. In January 2026, tripex17 and Spiidi (as coach) were acquired, while xonn1k and gob b were benched. Currently, BIG Academy's roster consists of JBOEN, D0nii, tripex17, and is coached by Spiidi. The team loaned JBOEN to FaZe Clan in June 2026 and parted ways with tripex17 in May 2026.
