Vadim "Polt" Tsirov, born on June 19, 1994, is a Russian esports professional. He currently serves as the coach for Nuclear TigeRES in Counter-Strike 2. Polt transitioned to coaching after a career playing Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. Notably, he has not been publicly associated with any major tournament victories as either a player or coach.
