Adam Friberg, known in esports as friberg, is a Swedish professional Counter-Strike 2 coach and former commentator. He previously competed in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and Counter-Strike: Source. Friberg is currently the coach of Johnny Speeds. During his playing career, he was known for his role as an in-game leader. Notably, friberg had a five-year tenure with Ninjas in Pyjamas, followed by stints with OpTic Gaming and Heroic. He later reunited with former NiP teammates on Dignitas. Friberg's impact on Counter-Strike is recognized with a street sign on the Inferno map commemorating his memorable plays on Banana, earning him the nickname "King of Banana" during his time with Ninjas in Pyjamas. He also briefly played as a substitute for Dota 2 team Vegetables Esports Club.
